Procurement that delivers value and stands up to scrutiny.

Good procurement is not only about price. It means decisions you can explain, suppliers who can deliver, contracts that are actively managed, and outcomes your stakeholders can trust. We work with public bodies and private organisations to build procurement functions that work well and hold up to audit.

Alongside advisory work we train procurement professionals through a programme aligned with the CIPS body of knowledge, from foundation concepts through to strategic sourcing. The programme follows the CIPS framework and is not a CIPS qualification.

What we deliver

Advisory, delivery and training.

Procurement strategy

Category plans aligned to organisational goals, built on spend analysis rather than assumption.

Tender design and evaluation

Specifications, award criteria and weightings that reflect what the business actually values, and award decisions that survive challenge.

Supplier management

Selection, performance frameworks and relationship management for the suppliers that matter most.

Contract management

Mobilisation, KPIs, change control and exit, so what was promised at tender is what gets delivered.

Procurement Act 2023 readiness

Reviews for public sector buyers and for the suppliers bidding to them, covering the new procedures, notices and transparency duties.

Governance and assurance

Policies, delegated authority, controls and procurement health checks.

How we work

How a procurement engagement runs

  1. 01

    Spend analysis

Twelve to twenty-four months of payments cleansed and classified, so the conversation starts from where the money actually goes.

  2. 02

    Category strategy

Position each category by profit impact and supply risk, then choose the sourcing route that follows from it.

  3. 03

    Tender and award

Design the competition, run it compliantly, and produce an award decision with reasons that hold up.

  4. 04

    Contract and supplier management

Mobilise the contract, manage performance against KPIs, and build the relationships worth building.
